Guarantee of Carsetz products

The manufacturer of your ordered product can provide a manufacturer's warranty. This means that the manufacturer will repair or replace your product during that warranty period if it becomes defective, unless the defect was caused by you. We are happy to help you with this, because warranty and service always runs directly through us in the first instance.

The manufacturer's warranty varies by manufacturer, supplier or product. Some products have less or no manufacturer's warranty. Think, for example, of second-hand, refurbished or outlet items.

If a defect arises through no fault of your own during the warranty period, you may be entitled to a repair fee or replacement of the product. Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty, as is damage caused by incorrect assembly or use of the product.

Different arrangements apply to fabrics that are specially ordered to size. These products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged. Warranty only applies to demonstrable manufacturing defects in the material. Colour deviations, structural differences, customisation and wear and tear are not covered by the guarantee.

If in doubt about colour, texture or quality, we recommend a prior sample request.
