Returns of Carsetz products

Are you ultimately not satisfied with your order? Please contact us directly. We can then look together for a quick and appropriate solution. This can be a replacement or additional item or a refund of part or the full purchase amount.

14 days return policy

We have a 14-day right of return to return the ordered item at our own expense without giving any reason. Of course, the return shipment must first be registered with us. To be sent to us complete, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Transport damage

If a package is presented damaged by the deliverer, you can decide for yourself whether to accept it or not. We recommend that you always refuse a heavily damaged package and return it to the delivery person. If you think that the product itself is not damaged, have the delivery person make a note of the visible packaging damage. It is also always wise to take some pictures of this damage.

Return shipping costs

In the event of a damaged item, incorrectly delivered item or a justified warranty claim, we will always reimburse the shipping costs for the return. In case of an incorrectly ordered item or if the product does not meet your expectations, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed by us.

Exceptions

Products that are damaged, incomplete or no longer in the original packaging cannot be returned. The same applies to products made or ordered and assembled products.

Return method 

Always contact us first if you want to return something and register it via info@carseatsandparts.com. We will then inform you where your shipment may be sent and with which reference. Of course you can also bring the package to us in Opmeer. We can then immediately discuss the desired handling and provide a quick and appropriate solution.

Returns are always at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage or loss of the return shipment and therefore recommend that you always send your package with a proof of shipment and tracking service. Unregistered and unregistered returns will not be accepted by us.

When returning a product to us, please ensure that you use the original packaging and that the product arrives in the same condition as it was received by you. In case of signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse or return the return.

If we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and we will send a replacement item or refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. If the fault lies with us, we will of course also reimburse the shipping costs.
